The solution architect describes functional and technical business processes that can be implemented efficiently and pragmatically within a company. The solutions are developed in part based on requirements and needs and are incorporated into a solution design.

Duties and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the transportation and/or logistics sector;
• Creating and designing solutions that meet the client's needs and requirements;
• Developing a detailed functional and technical design for the solution;
• Managing and adjusting the implementation project;
• Designing a migration scenario (if necessary for implementation);
• Organizing, maintaining, and reporting on project documentation so that the project can be handed over to the client in a complete and accurate manner;
• Providing advice and answering operational and technical questions from the client (managers and employees);
• Ensuring the substantive quality of the solution;

The application consultant develops and implements software solutions based on the solution design. He or she ensures that the information systems function optimally and are continuously improved based on the needs of the organization and its users.

Duties and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the transportation and/or logistics sector;
• Assists the Solution Architect in developing the solution design;
• Conceiving and developing efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions;
• Identifies inefficient solutions;
• Implementation of TMS and WMS solutions for the "order-to-cash" process;
• Describes the setup in the configuration document;
• Helps develop work instructions and instructional videos;
• Describes acceptance and regression test scenarios (happy and unhappy flows);
• Handles and analyzes second-level customer inquiries and incidents;
• Assertive, decisive, and gets things done;

The technical consultant analyzes technical issues, translates them into software solutions, and develops them. He or she describes the solution in a functional and technical design and then develops the software solution.

Duties and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the transportation and/or logistics sector;
• Conceiving and developing efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions;
• Identifies inefficient solutions;
• Analyzing and building software solutions (low-code, scripts, queries, EDI, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Apex, and EDI (setting up endpoints and mapping integrations)
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Database
• Helps develop work instructions and instructional videos;
• Describes acceptance and regression test scenarios (happy and unhappy flows);
• Handles and analyzes second-level customer inquiries and incidents;
• Assertive, decisive, and gets things done;
• Curiosity: someone who wants to continue growing, both personally and professionally;
