Project managers are the driving force behind the success of every major project. They have daily leadership over a project and ensure that it is executed and delivered within the defined scope, timeframe, budget, and quality.
Tasks and competencies:
- Creates a project plan and schedule;
- Leads project team;
- Coordinates progress, maintains overview of a project;

Solution architect
The solution architect describes functional and technical business processes that can be efficiently and pragmatically applied within a company. The solutions are developed based on requirements and desires, and are incorporated into a solution design.
Tasks and competencies:
- Broad knowledge in the Transport and/or Logistics sector.
- Creating and designing solutions that align with the needs and requirements of the client;
- Drafting a detailed functional and technical design for the solution;
- Initiating and adjusting the implementation project;
- Designing a migration scenario (if necessary for implementation);
- Organizing, maintaining, and reporting project documentation, ensuring that the project can be fully and accurately transferred to the client;
- Advising and addressing operational and technical inquiries from the client (managers and employees);
- Ensuring the substantive quality of the solution;
- Assertive, decisive, and focused on getting things done;

Application Consultant
The application consultant develops/implements software solutions based on the solution design. They ensure that the information provision functions optimally and is further developed based on the organization's and users' needs.
Tasks and competencies:
- Broad knowledge in the Transport and/or Logistics sector.
- Supports the Solution Architect in the development of the solution design;
- Devising and elaborating on efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions;
- Identifies inefficient solutions;
- Implementing TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) solutions from 'order to cash';
- Describes the setup in the configuration document;
- Develops working instructions and instructional videos;
- Describes test scenarios for acceptance and regression (happy and unhappy flows);
- Handles and analyzes second-line customer inquiries and incidents;
- Assertive, decisive, and focused on getting things done;
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous personal and professional development;

The technical consultant analyzes, translates, and develops technical issues into software solutions. They describe the solution in a functional and technical design and subsequently develop the software solution.
Tasks and competencies:
- Broad knowledge in the Transport and/or Logistics sector.
- Devising and elaborating on efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions;
- Identifies inefficient solutions;
- Analyzing and building software solutions (low code, scripts, queries, EDI, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Apex, EDI (setting up endpoints and mapping integrations)
- Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases
- Develops working instructions and instructional videos;
- Describes test scenarios for acceptance and regression (happy and unhappy flows);
- Handles and analyzes second-line customer inquiries and incidents;
- Assertive, decisive, and focused on getting things done;
